1. Pathways To Truth (USA) & Families Transparency
We’re advocating for policy changes and community support to ensure every family has access to truth and justice — regardless of borders or circumstances. This campaign focuses on transparency in investigations involving missing, deceased, or unidentified persons.

2. Right To Know (UK)
Empowering families to understand their rights in the justice system. We are campaigning for authorization for families to access medical records and DNA reports of deceased, terminally ill, or missing loved ones, regardless of age.

Why Change Is Needed:
Under current UK law, there is no automatic right to access a loved one's health records after death. Access is limited strictly to the personal representative (executor/administrator of the estate).

3. UK 🇬🇧 - USA 🇺🇸 Cross-Border Justice Campaign

Families caught in cross-border investigations need urgent support. We’re pushing for amendments to the UK-US Data Access Agreement to prioritize victim families, including timely updates and access to vital evidence.

_In the USA, access to a deceased person's records is directly tied to inheritance law — only the executor/administrator of the estate has automatic rights._
